The Denver Nuggets announced that they have signed free agent guard Ed Davis to a multi-year contract extension.
The deal includes a player option for 2019, and the contract will pay Davis $6 million next season.
Denver signed Davis to an eight-year, $72.5 million deal in the summer of 2017.
He was acquired by the Houston Rockets from the Denver Nuggets in a blockbuster trade in 2018.
Davis played in a career-low 23 games in 2017-18 with four starts, averaging 3.7 points and 2.5 assists.
